About us

• We undertook our first project in the Czech Republic in 1992, rebuilding a renaissance building dating back to 1527. We renovated the building, located in a neighborhood behind Prague Castle, with the utmost respect for its original appearance. Visitors to Prague Castle are still impressed by the frescos on the building’s façade. Our luxurious residence is a spot where tourists and diplomats alike can enjoy apartments of historical splendor.
• Since 1998 we have concentrated our attention on new buildings, offering new proposals to investors to enhance and speed up projects and thus maximize their investments.
• In 2002 we extended our operations into the field of land ownership, embracing a recent trend, as many people leave the city in search of peaceful locations where they can enjoy nature and tranquility with their families.
• In 2008, though we had already begun a few years before, we enhanced our construction services by offering complete restoration of offices, stores and restaurants in collaboration with international brand names.
• At our office in Prague 1, we offer our customers the advantages of an easily accessible location where we provide assistance and advice on their investments along with the support of expert collaborators.

Our team

Guido Resca

He has lived in the Czech Republic since ’98, and developed the Mondo Pizza chain of pizzerias, building on his previous experience on the Italian market with Mc Donald’s and Blockbuster video. The chain was then taken over by the Multinational American company, SBARRO. He currently manages various Czech and Italian companies operating in the real estate and retail sector.

Emiliano Cerasoli

He has been a permanent resident of Prague since 1997. He has collaborated as a Marketing consultant with brand names such as: Benetton, Nico, Stefanel, Max Mara, Marella, Marina Rinaldi, Coccinelle, Liu Jo. He is currently collaborating with the historic brand, Rifle.

Enrico Appollonio

A resident of the Czech Republic since ‘94, his experience includes: industrial construction coordination with certified companies, management of the shopping center - Carrefour Novy Smichov in Prague, property and facility management. He is currently responsible for engineering and construction assistance and collaborates with Agip and Autogrill.
